Connecting to Windows 7 using Remote Desktop Connection can be done if running Windows 7 Professional, Windows 7 Ultimate, or Windows 7 Enterprise.
You say the Windows 7 VM is using Bridged Networking and if by "everything is fine" you mean that Windows 7 has Internet/Network Connectivity then this is not necessarily a VMware issue per se. Meaning it is a Windows 7 User Issue and is no different then if using a Physical Machine running Widows so act accordingly. Meaning look in the Windows Help File for how to allow Remote Desktop Connection or Google it as there is more then enough information readily available and somewhat senseless to repeat here.
BTW If the Host is multihomed and has two or more active Physical NICs then you may need to bind the Guest's Network Adapter to a specific Host NIC and this can be done in the Settings for the VM's Network Adapter.
